"Golden City 7" JSC, EIK 207181758, headquarters and address of management: 1345 Sofia, "Ilinden" district, "Kukush" street No.2, Business center "Antim Tower" (hereinafter referred to briefly and only as "the Company") is the organizer of gambling games organized online on the website www.topwin.bg (called below for short and only the "Website").
For most people, gambling and betting are harmless activities that bring the thrill and temptation of trying their luck, while for others they can become a problem. Risks are an integral part of the gambling experience, and while the former can allow themselves to play responsibly, looking at their chances of winning in perspective, for another group of people, these risks can turn into a gambling addiction. Addiction is a progressive behavioral dependence that leads to serious psychological, social and financial consequences. Problem gambling is present when there is an overwhelming urge to gamble, an inability to control that urge, and a desire to push one's luck to the limit. Our main goal is to provide a safe environment for our customers. That's why we proactively advise and encourage our customers to play responsibly. Above all, we strive for our customers to enjoy the experience in a safe environment where, upon request, our team will always provide assistance.
1. Symptoms of gambling problems
How do you know if you have a gambling problem? Symptoms of gambling addiction often include:
- A growing and overwhelming need to play, despite the negative consequences of possible losses;
- Loss of significant financial means, more than you can afford;
- Alienation and anti-social behaviour. Disturbances in interpersonal relationships, family environment, work;
- High levels of anxiety, worry and guilt;
- Inability to abstain from gambling.
A major signal of gambling addiction is a strong desire to participate in gambling, which is repeated and aggravated regardless of adverse economic and social consequences. Increasingly larger sums are being wagered to recover previous losses.
2. Responsible gaming
"Responsible gaming" is a broad term that aims to ensure that gambling is done in a way that minimizes the potential for harm associated with gambling addiction. To minimize the potential harm of developing a gambling addiction:
- do not invest more money, resources or time in gambling than you can reasonably afford;
- set your limit (and stick to it) to reduce and control the amounts you bet;
- enjoy the excitement of betting and view gambling as a means of entertainment rather than an opportunity for additional income;
- diversify gambling with other activities that interest you;
- keep track of the time you spend gambling. Avoid long gaming sessions;
- gambling under the influence of alcohol or in an emotionally unstable state can affect your decisions as well as cloud your judgment.
In order to reduce or avoid the potential negative economic, social and personal consequences for vulnerable persons and their relatives, the Company will implement protective measures aimed at prohibiting or preventing participation in gambling.
If you have developed a gambling addiction or believe you are prone to problem gambling, you may:
