Sportsbook Terms and Conditions

Last Update: 15.05.2024

1. GENERAL BETTING RULES

1.1. In case it is not listed in conjunction with the bet offer or in the Specific Sports Rules, all bets shall be deemed to stand only on the result at the end of "Regular Time". "Regular Time" is determined by the official rules published by the relevant governing association. For example, in soccer, regular time is defined as 90 minutes including added time, and in ice hockey, it is defined as 3 halves of 20 minutes each. In case the administering association decides, prior to the start of the event, that the event in question should be played for a different duration, this will be considered as the official rules of the event (e.g. under 17 football played in 2 halves of 40 minutes each). However, such an event is limited to "regular" playing time and does not include any overtime of regular time unless specifically stated. Exceptions are basketball, American football and baseball, unless otherwise noted.

1.2. All bets placed are valid and cannot be canceled at the customer's request. It is the customer's responsibility to research all bets before placing and confirming them.

1.3. The Company "Golden City 7" AD, EIK 207181758, headquarters and address of management: 1345 Sofia, "Ilinden" district, "Kukush" street No. 2, "Antim Tower" Business Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") reserves the right to refuse an entire bet, parts of it or any bets for any reason.

1.4. In case that a bet is declared void, the stakes will be refunded and the bets will be settled at odds of 1.00.

1.5. The Company keeps the right to declare a bet partially or fully void, at its discretion, in the case that it is apparent that the bet was placed or accepted due to an error in input, matches, odds/ prices etc.

1.6. The Company accepts single bets on all events unless otherwise stated. The maximum number of events allowed in a multiple bet is 13.

1.7. The Company does not allow bets (single or multiple) where the selections affect each other. In the case such a bet is accepted by chance, we reserve the right to deem all such bets void without notice. The company reserves the right to cancel the entire multiple bet/slip in such circumstances.

1.8. The coefficients are subject to variation and are therefore likely to be adjusted/changed. All bets will be settled at the odds offered at the time the bet is placed unless an error in their calculation is found.

1.9. The minimum bet is BGN 0.20, unless otherwise stated.

1.10. When a multiple bet is made on events with different maximum win limits, the one with the lower limit is valid. Bets exceeding the maximum winning limits will be reduced to the maximum allowed by the Company limit.

1.11. The Company will refund amounts staked on bets on non-starters in a particular event, unless otherwise stated in the sports rules.

1.12. More than one winner rules apply in the case that there is more than one winning development in an event. The odds will be divided by the number of winners.

1.13. The Company does not allow bets on events in which the customer is directly involved. These can be players, judges, coaches, jury members, their families, etc. In case of suspicion that the customer has placed a bet on an event in which he is involved, the Company reserves the right to cancel it.

1.14.1. Live betting – in the cases where we have reason to suspect that the bet has been placed after the final outcome of an event is known or after the selected player or team has gained an advantage (eg scoring a point/s, being sent off of a player from the opposing team, etc.), the Company reserves the right to void the bet, win or lose.

1.14.2. In the case that, for any reason, we are unable to confirm the final result of a particular market (e.g. due to loss of live broadcast signal), all bets will be declared void unless settlement has already been determined.

1.14.3. Interruption of Sports Events (Long Term Betting): In the case that a sporting event is interrupted for any reason, the Company reserves the right to settle the long term betting markets based on the existing official ranked or of the official champions announced by the relevant official governing body, regardless of the number of games remaining in the schedule and regardless of playoffs, if any. For the purposes of settlement of bets, in cases where there is no official announcement of an official ranking or the official champion by the competent governing body of the relevant sporting event, the cancellation of bets will be applied regardless of the number of matches remaining in the program and regardless of the playoffs, if any. Cancellations will be applied to bets that remain current. Bets that have already been settled before the suspension of the sporting event will be settled according to their result. The Company will not continue to settle related bets that remain current in cases where there are pending appeals or court decisions relating to the Official Rankings and the Official Champion. The above mentioned rule is valid for the settlement of bets on all sports except basketball. Regarding the long-term betting markets on basketball sporting events and the corresponding settlement of related bets, there are detailed betting rules which can be found in the basketball section.

1.15.1. The Company shall not be liable for any errors in relation to bets including where:

  • The Company incorrectly submitted odds/spreads/handicap/total; Cash Out Amount;
  • The Company continues to accept bets on closed or canceled markets;
  • The Company incorrectly calculates or pays an amount settling the bet; or
  • in the case of an error in any random number generator or pay tables included or used in any gaming product.

1.15.2.1. Incorrect odds - Where an obvious error in the calculation of the odds is found during live betting or after the event has commenced, the Company reserves the right to cancel and settle the affected bets as void.

1.15.2.2. Incorrect odds – Where an obvious error is found in the calculation of the odds, prior to the start of an event, the Company reserves the right to cancel and settle the affected bets as void.

1.15.3. In the case of incorrectly calculated markets and odds prior to the start of an event, during Live Betting or after the completion of the event where an obvious error has been identified, all current bets that are affected will be settled as void by the Company.

1.15.4. In cases where there is sufficient time before the start of an event, the Company will make efforts to contact the customer and may, at its absolute discretion, allow the option to cancel the bet.

1.15.5. Incorrect Match - In cases where a player or team is spelled incorrectly in the name of a match, all bets will be declared void. Such a decision is made entirely at the discretion of the Company.

1.15.6. Wrong Participant - If a Participant's name is misspelled for any match or event, bets placed on that Participant will be void; bets of other participants may also be voided. Such a decision is made entirely at the discretion of the Company.

1.15.7. Late Bets - If, for any reason, a preliminary bet on an event is accepted in error after the match or event has started, bets will be settled as follows:

  • If the event and market are included in Live Betting, bets will be settled at the revised odds for the time the bet was placed (in cases where the revised odds are predicted to be lower than 1.01, bets will be declared void) except where the outcome is already known, in which case bets will be declared void.
  • In the case that an event or market is not covered for Live Betting, the bet will stand until the selected participant or team gains a material advantage (eg scoring, sending off a player from the opposing team, etc.). In cases where a material advantage has been acquired, the Company reserves the right to declare the bet void, regardless of whether it wins or loses. Any bet placed where the outcome is already known, including Live Bets, will be declared void.

1.15.8. Where an obvious error has been made and/or identified during live betting or after the event has concluded, the bet may not be settled with a cash out. If the cash out value of the bet is accepted in error, the payout transaction will be declared void and the bet will be settled in accordance with the Company's revised odds. If subsequent attempts are made to place bets and cash out bets on the same markets before the apparent error is corrected/identified then the cash out value of the bet and the bet will be declared void.

1.16. For betting settlement purposes, league/event statistics from the official governing body will be used. In case that there is no official governing body of the league/event or statistics from the official governing body are not available and/or there is specific evidence/indications that such statistics are not accurate, bets will be settled in accordance with the Company's statistics or/and statistics from the Company's official statistics providers. In cases where statistics from the Company and/or statistics from the Company's official statistics providers is not available, then independent data sources will be used to settle the bet.

1.17. Postponed or canceled events that are not played/completed within 48 hours of their official start time will be considered void and stakes that apply to selected event selections will be refunded. In the case that an event is interrupted after it has started and does not continue or end with an official result - within 48 hours of its official start time, all bets will be void and stakes will be refunded. The rule/s described above do not apply to tennis. Tennis events will only be considered canceled when they are not continued or completed by the end of the tournament. This rule does not apply to Qualifiers and Win a Trophy markets offered for a relevant event. These markets will be settled when the results of the qualifier and/or Event are finally clear.

1.18. The Company reserves the right to declare bets void in case of a change in venue/arena where the event will take place.

1.19. The Company reserves the right to declare bets void in the case of radical changes in the conditions of the event such as one of the teams starting a match with less than the maximum allowed number of competitors, duration of the match, race distance, number of parts, etc.

1.20. In the case that the Company determines in its sole discretion that You:

  • own more than one betting account and/or use multiple betting accounts; and/or
  • have acted in collusion and placed bets across several different accounts on the same or opposite combinations of selections [whether or not the bets were placed individually, at different rates or on different days] to try to maximize the payout, aggregating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to retain any earnings resulting from such action.

1.21. Multiple bets may be treated as one when a customer places multiple identical bets. When this happens, all bets will be declared void except for the first bet placed. Multiple bets that contain the same single selection may be treated as one. When this happens, all bets will be declared void except for the first bet placed. The use of a 'banker' selection or selections to circumvent betting/winning limits is not permitted. The Company reserves the right to void any bets where 1 single selection ('banker') is combined with other selections to circumvent the Company's online betting limits. When this happens, all bets will be declared void except for the first bet placed.

1.22. In cases where several bets involving identical or very similar selections are received from different customers within a short period, the Company reserves the right to void all such bets even after the bets were allowed.

1.23. Events offered as 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, etc.: All bets must be settled on the result at the end of "Regular Time" only. "Regular Time" is determined by the official rules published by the relevant governing association. In the case that the administering association decides, prior to the start of the event, that the event in question must be played at a different time, this shall be deemed the official rules for the event. The competition format will be recorded in accordance with the Official Rules. However, such an event will be limited to "regular" playing time and will not include any overtime as a continuation of the match, unless specifically stated.

2. Rules and guidelines for general betting types

2.1. First/Last/All-time top scorer/To score 2 or more goals/To score a hat-trick. Every effort will be made to offer scoring odds for all possible participants. However, players not initially offered odds will be considered winners if they score the first/last goal. All bets are always on regular time played in a match. Own goals (referring to the official organizer) do not count and will be ignored unless otherwise stated. All First Scorer bets are void and stakes will be refunded in the event a player comes on as a substitute after the first goal has been scored. In case that the first goal is an own goal, it is ignored, so the corresponding first goalscorer bets stand. All Last Scorer bets stand for every player who takes part in the match, regardless of the time they come on. All goalscorer bets at any time stand for any player who takes part in the match, regardless of the time they come on. If a match is abandoned and a goal has already been scored, First Scorer bets stand, while Last Scorer bets are void and stakes are refunded. If a match is abandoned after a particular player has already scored a goal, all goalscorer bets at any time involving that player will be settled as winners. All bets on non-scoring players are void and stakes will be refunded. Bets in the 'To Score 2 or More Goals' market will be settled as winners if the selected player scores two or more goals. Bets in the 'To Score a Hat Trick' market will be settled as winners if the selected player scores three or more goals.

2.2. Player to score a goal/Player not to score a goal. Every effort will be made to offer scoring odds for all possible participants. However, players not initially offered odds will be considered winners if they score the first/last goal. Predict whether a player will score or not score in a given match. Player must start the match for bets to stand. If the player has already scored and the match is later abandoned, bets stand. Bets on the Player Not to Score market will only stand for players who are part of the team's starting line-up at the start of the match. Bets on players who start the match as substitutes will be void. Player to Score Market will be void, on live bets, where the player selected in the bet is not in the match after the bet has been placed (eg a player is substituted at half-time and at the half-time bet is placed on him to score at any time and/or to score the next goal).

2.2.1. Player to score in both halves. Bets on players not taking part in the match are void. Bets where the selected player enters the game in the second half are void. Bets on players who scored in the first half and were substituted (substitution, injury, etc.) will be considered as lost. In all cases where a player does not get a chance to take part in either half, the bet will be settled as void. Own goals do not count.

2.3. Next team to score (Goal 1)/Team to score first goal. Predict which team will score first. If there is a draw option, it represents a zero draw in the match. All bets on the first team to score will be settled regardless of whether the match is abandoned at a later stage if a goal has already been scored.

2.4. Group betting. Predict which of the participants in a group will finish in the highest position in the final standings/with the best final score. All participants in the group must start for bets to count.

2.5. H2H betting (head to head). Predict which of the participants in the race against each other will achieve a better final result/position/points. Both participants in the H2H must start for bets to count and at least one participant must finish with an official score. Otherwise all bets will be settled at odds of 1.00.

2.6. Winner of three (H3H). See "H2H Betting" as the same rules apply. The only difference with "H2H Betting" is that in "Winner of Three" three participants are pitted against each other instead of two.

2.7. Betting on the first half. Predict the outcome of the match at the end of the first half. First half bets stand regardless of whether the match is abandoned at a later stage.

2.8. First Half/Final Score Betting. Bet on the result of a match after the first half and the final score. If the first half of the match ends 0 - 0 (X) and the final score is 1 - 1 (X), the correct combination is X/X. If the first half of the match ends 1 – 0 (1) and the final score is 1 – 2 (2), the correct prediction will be 1/2.

2.9. Handicap betting. Predict the outcome of the match at a given handicap. Handicap bets represent an offer both with and without the option of a draw. If a handicap bet is to end in a tie and an option of no tie has been offered, all bets will be settled at odds of 1.00. If you bet 1 on Levski when the team is home against CSKA, one goal is subtracted from Levski's asset, therefore this team must win the match by 2 goals to win the handicap. If Levski won the match by exactly one goal, the correct prediction would be a draw. Split handicaps are also available (eg +/- 0.5 points). These handicaps do not require a tie option for bets to be settled.

2.10. Handicap table. Predict which of the two teams with the handicap advantage added to their points scored will get the highest score. If you bet Milan handicap +6 and the team won 64 points in the championship, it will have a total of 70 points. If Juventus with a +4 handicap wins 70 points in the championship for a total of 74 points, Juventus will win the bet.

2.11. Asian Handicap. Asian handicap markets are alternative markets where you can bet on a team with an advantage/disadvantage against the opposing team. For your bet to be considered a winner, the stated advantage/loss must be covered by the outcome of the event. Asian markets include two possible exits (two-way markets) instead of three. There is no possibility of a tie in the Asian Handicap, thus creating conditions for only two potential outcomes. Asian handicaps can be integers, decimals, or a combination of the two, and attempt to equalize the difference in the perceived odds of the opposing teams. Depending on the selection of each Asian Handicap (0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00, etc.), the amount you bet is divided into equal parts and placed as two separate bets.

Example 1: If you place a -0.5 Asian Handicap bet on Levski (home) vs CSKA (away), it means that Levski starts the match with a 0.5 goal deficit and you need Levski to win by at least one (1) goal vs. CSKA (Official Score) for your bet to be settled as a winner.

Example 2: On the same match (Levski - CSKA), if you place a -0.25 handicap bet on Levski, then if Levski wins (official result), the bet will be settled as a winner. If the match ends in a draw (official result), the bet will be settled as half void and half lost, and in case CSKA wins (official result), the bet will be settled as a loser.

Example 3: In the event that you bet (on the same match) Levski -0.75 Asian Handicap, you need Levski to win by at least (2) two goals over CSKA for your bet to be settled as a winner. If Levski win by just one goal against CSKA, your bet will be considered half won and half void. If the match ends in a draw or if CSKA wins (official result), your bet will be settled as a loser.

2.11.1. Asian Over/Under Goals. Asian over/under goals markets are alternative markets where you can bet on the total number of goals scored in a match or half, depending on the market selections. Asian Over/Under can be integers, decimals or a combination of the two and allow for an alternative number of goals to bet. For each line of the Asian Over/Under market (0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00, etc.), the amount you bet will be divided into equal parts and placed as two separate bets.

Example 1: If you place a bet on the Over 2.25 Asian Goals Total market on a match between Levski and CSKA, you need three (3) or more goals to be scored in the match for your bet to be settled as a winner. If no goals are scored or only one goal is scored (official score), your bet will be settled as a loser. In the case of two (2) goals being scored (official score), the bet will be settled as half void and half winning.

Example 2: In the same match (Levski - CSKA), if you place a bet on the "Under 1.75 Total Goals" market, your bet will be settled as a winner if no more than one (1) goal (official score) is scored. However, if three (3) or more goals are scored according to the official score, your bet is a loser. If two (2) goals are scored, your bet will be settled half void and half lost. In the case that the match is abandoned before its completion, all bets will be void, except those already confirmed.

2.11.2. Asian Handicap, Live Betting. Live bets placed on Asian Handicap markets will be settled based on the result of the remainder of the match or half from the time the bet was placed. The result at the time the bet is placed does not count towards settlement of bets. Example: If in the first half of a match Levski - CSKA the score is 1 - 0 and a bet is made on Levski -0.5 (1-0), the match must end with Levski winning against CSKA by at least two (2) goal difference (2 – 0, 3 – 0, 3 – 1, 4 – 2 etc.) for the bet to be settled as winning. Any other result means the bet will be settled as lost.

2.11.3. Asian Over/Under Goals, Live Betting. For the purposes of settling bets placed on Asian Over/Under Goals, the result will be counted from the start of the match. Example: If in the first half of the match Levski - CSKA the score is 1 - 0 and a bet is placed on Over 2.25 Total Goals, for the bet to be settled as a winner, three (3) or more goals must be scored in the match ( eg 2 – 1, 1 – 2, 2 – 2 etc.). If the match ends with a total of two (2) goals scored, the bet will be settled as half lose and half void.

2.11.4. Examples of Handicap Selections, Handicap Selection 0.

If either team wins the match, regardless of the score, the selection you have chosen will be settled as the winner;

In the event of a tie, bets will be settled as void;

Handicap selection 0, 0.5 (0.25), Team giving advantage 0.25:

2.12. Total Goals / Half Total Goals / Team Goals Markets The markets included in this category are Total Goals, Exact Number of Goals, Goals Over/Under, First Half Over/Under, First Half Total Goals, Second Half Over/Under, Second Half Total Goals, Team Over/Under Goals, First Half Team Over/Under Goals. Predict how many goals will be scored in the match, in the first half or by the respective team. The following rule applies to the top market: If the number of goals has already exceeded the highest available alternative, in the case that the match is discontinued, bets will be settled. Otherwise bets will be settled at odds of 1.00.

2.13. Match Betting/1X2. Predict the final outcome of the match. Match betting will be settled at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated.

2.14. Moneyline. Predict the outcome of a match where overtime, sudden death, penalty shootouts, etc. are involved.

2.15. Top Scorer Half. Predict which of the two halves will score more goals. If a tie option is available, it represents an equal number of goals.

2.16. Top Scorer Match. Predict which of the matches included in the offer will score the highest number of goals/points. If a match is discontinued but still ranks as the highest goals/points match, all bets will stand. Otherwise, all bets will be refunded.

2.17. Season H2H. Predict which team or player will take the highest position in the final standings in a given competition. Playoffs not included unless otherwise noted. The market will be settled according to the official ranking of the administering body.

2.18. Qualify/Win Trophy. Predict which team will qualify for the next round of a given competition or which team will win the trophy. The following rules apply to qualifying markets: Markets will be settled in accordance with the official ranking of the governing body. Any changes in standings that occur as a result of disciplinary action after the matches/championship have concluded will not be taken into account for the purposes of settling bets. If a team is disqualified from a league/tournament prior to the match and the opposing team qualifies without a game, all qualification bets placed on that match will be void.

2.19. First Goal Time/First Goal Before/After 28 Minutes/Early Goal of the Match. Predict when the first goal/early goal of the match will be scored. Note that the first minute is considered to be the period 00:00 - 00:59 of the playing time of the match. In other words, a goal scored at 28:18 will count as a goal scored at the 29th minute.

2.20. Match Betting (1X2) Minutes XX:xx – XX:xx The market is settled according to the result of the match in the specified time frame which is mentioned in the market title. For example, the 00:00-14:59 Match Bet market is settled based on the match result for the period 00:00-14:59.

2.21. Under/Over and Total Predict whether the number of goals/points scored in a match/event will be under or over the suggested line. If the line is 2.5 and the match ends 1 – 1, a total of 2 goals have been scored in the match and therefore the correct prediction would be under 2.5. If the line is 2.5 and the match ends 3 – 0, a total of 3 goals have been scored in the match and therefore the correct prediction would be over 2.5. All under/over and points bets will be settled if they have already exceeded the bid line, regardless of whether the match is abandoned at a later stage. If the over line is not already reached, bets will be settled at odds of 1.00.

2.22. Winner/Final Standings Predict the winner of a race/event. Bets placed on participants who do not start will not be refunded. For unannounced participants, we offer odds upon request. The market will be settled according to the official ranking of the administering body.

3. Specific rules for sports and side bets

3.1. Football

3.1.1. Final Score All match markets are based on the score after 90 minutes of play (also known as regular time) unless otherwise stated. This includes any time added by the referee due to injuries and added time. This does not include overtime or the time in which penalties are taken to determine the ultimate winner of the match. If the format of a match is different from the standard regular time, but not announced in advance, all bets will be void.

3.1.2. Overtime Betting Overtime is any playing period of play between the end of regular time (eg 90 minutes of play plus added time due to injuries and other interruptions) and the end of the match. Live Overtime markets are settled according to official statistics for the overtime period. Overtime does not include penalty kicks to determine the ultimate winner.

3.1.3. Postponed, Withdrawn or Abandoned Matches. A Match will be considered a Non-Participation for settlement purposes if it does not take place within 48 hours of the official time it was scheduled to be played, all unsettled bets will be void. If any match is played before the originally announced date or kick-off time, any such match may be included provided the bet is placed no later than the changed kick-off time. Any match abandoned before the end of the regular 90 minutes will be void, except for fixed bets for which the outcome has already been decided before the abandonment of the match or unless the administering body has announced an official result by that time (of cancellation or postponement). In such an event, the Match Winner and Double Chance markets are settled in accordance with the official result and all other markets are considered void unless they have already been settled. For example, first goalscorer or time of first goal bets will stand provided a goal has been scored by the time of termination.

3.1.4. Matches not played as scheduled If the venue of the match is changed, bets already placed will stand, provided the home team is still listed as such. If the home and away team in a recorded match reverse, bets placed on the basis of the original description will be void. We will make every effort to list on our website all matches played at neutral grounds. For matches played at a neutral ground (whether listed on our website or not), bets will stand regardless of which team is recorded as home. If an official sporting event contains team details other than those recorded on our website, bets will be void, e.g. the official sporting event specifies in the name of the team, Reserves/Age Group, e.g. U21/Gender eg. women.

3.1.5. Settlement of bets. For the purpose of settlement of bets, league/event statistics from the official governing body will be used. In cases where there is no official governing body of the league/event and/or the statistics of the official governing body of the league/event are not available, or there is specific evidence/indications that these statistics are incorrect, bets will be settled accordingly with the statistics of the Company or/and statistics of official data providers of the Company. In cases where statistics from the Company and/or statistics from the Company's official statistics providers is not available, then independent data sources will be used to settle the bet.

3.1.6. To Score Next Goal (Goal X). Bets on the 'To Score Next Goal' market are settled for players who are in the game at the time the bet is placed. In the case that the next goal scored is an own goal, bets on the "To Score Next Goal" market are losing. In the event that no goal is scored after the bet has been placed, bets on the 'To Score Next Goal' market are losing. The 'To Score Next Goal' market will void bets placed live when the player selected in the bet is not in the match after the bet has been placed (eg a player is substituted at half-time and a bet is placed on him to score at half-time any time and/or to score the next goal).

3.1.7. Accurate results. Predict the result after the end of regular time. Own goals count.

3.1.8. First Goalscorer/Scorecasts. To win, you must successfully predict which player will score the first goal in the selected match, as well as the final score after the regular 90 minutes. Scorecast 0-0 and no goalscorer are settled as a single's exact score. If your selected player enters the game after the first goal has already been scored or does not take part in the match, Scorecast bets will be converted into a single correct score bet. For the purposes of settling First Goalscorer bets, own goals are not counted, so in such a case the Scorecast market will be settled taking into account the next goalscorer and the exact match result. If the exact score is 1 - 0 and the only goal scored is an own goal, bets on the Scorecast market are settled as a single correct score bet. If a match is discontinued before the completion of 90 minutes and a goal has been scored, bets on the Scorecast market will be settled as first goalscorer singles. If no goal is scored, all bets are void.

3.1.9. Team First/Last Scorer Bets on players not taking part in the match will be void. Bets where the selected player enters the game after a goal has already been scored for his team will be void regardless of whether the player scores in the match. Own goals do not count.

3.1.10. Head-to-head goalscorers Both players must start the match in the starting line-up for bets to stand.

3.1.11. First Goal Time If the match is discontinued after the first goal has been scored, all bets stand. If the match is discontinued before the first goal is scored, all bets accepted for time periods that have already ended will be considered as losing, while all bets accepted for all other time periods that include the period in which the match was abandoned, will be voided and considered Non-Participants. For the purposes of settling bets, a 1 minute period is considered to be the time from the 1st second to the 59th second. The second minute is from 1 minute to 1 minute 59 seconds and so on. For example, if a bet is made for the first goal to be scored between 1 and 10 minutes and the goal is scored at 10 minutes and 49 seconds, the bet is a losing bet as this falls within the 11 to 20 minute time frame.

3.1.12. Divisional betting. Bets will not be honored in the case of a change in the official rules of the championship during its course, for example a change in the number of relegated teams. In this case, all bets on that market will be refunded. When bets are settled in divisional betting, the position of the teams in the final standings after the completion of all scheduled matches and after the final official results determine the standings (Dead Heat rules apply in the event that two or more teams finish tied [according to the official rules of the competition]), and no follow-up inquiries from the respective leagues are allowed. Bets will stand for any team that has not played all of their scheduled matches. The only exception to this rule is the South American leagues, where playoffs are played to determine the championship winner when teams finish in 1st place with equal points. In this case, we will consider the winner of the respective playoff as the winner of the championship. If a team is relegated before the start of the season, all bets on that market will be void. If a team is suspended or excluded during the season due to external factors (e.g. commitments), all bets involving that team will be voided and settled as void.

3.1.13. Top Scorer (Long Term) Only goals scored in the relevant division during the regular 90 minutes and extra time count for this market regardless of the team (within that division) for which the goals are scored. Goals scored during the penalty shoot-out to determine the final winner are not counted. Only goals scored in the league count after the scheduled matches are played, unless the market name states otherwise. Own goals do not count. Dead Heat rules apply. Long-term bets on players (Top scorer for a team in a particular competition, Who will score the first goal for the team in a particular competition) who do not take part in the competition at all are considered void. For the FA Cup, goals are counted from the first round.

3.1.14. Season Rivalry/Team Point Total Bets. If a team does not play all of its scheduled games, all Season Rivalry and Team Point Total bets involving that team will be void - win or lose, except in cases where the market has already been settled.

3.1.15. Handicap Betting including Live Bets (3 options) Settlement will be made at the odds shown using the actual match result adjusted for handicap.

3.1.16. Score after 1st Half including Live Bets Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before the half time break.

3.1.17. Correct Score After First Half. Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before the half time break.

3.1.18. Most Goals Half. Bets will be void if the match is abandoned unless the settlement of bets has already been decided.

3.1.19. First Half Goals Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before the end of the first half, unless the settlement of bets has already been decided.

3.1.20. 1st Half - 2nd Half Double Score/Second Half Betting Overtime and penalties to determine the final winner are not taken into account. All bets placed on second half events (e.g. 2nd half score, 2nd half double chance) are valid only for the period between the start of the 2nd half and the end of the 2nd half. The start/end of a half is determined by the referee's signal, which starts and ends the respective half. Bets will be void if the match is abandoned. From the moment a penalty is awarded until it is executed, the odds can be changed depending on the probability of a goal being scored. The Company reserves the right to void a selection of bets placed after the penalty has been awarded if for any reason the penalty kick is not taken or is canceled.

3.1.21 The Company provides information (such as neutral ground, cards, weather, statistics, dates, etc.) as a service and bears no responsibility for any error in such information. It is the User's responsibility to be familiar with the most accurate and up-to-date information about the meeting.

3.1.22 When betting Live, bets will be available until the 90th minute, which may include extra time, or until the end of regular time for most matches (at the discretion of the Company.).

3.1.23 If a market remains open when any of the following events are already present: goals, red/yellow cards, direct free kicks and penalties, the Company reserves the right to void accepted bets. If a market has been opened with a missing or incorrect red card, the Company reserves the right to void bets. If the odds were offered at the wrong time of the match (more than 5 minutes apart), the Company reserves the right to cancel accepted bets. If an incorrect result is displayed, all markets will be canceled with the time frame of the incorrect result.

Matchday specials

3.1.24. Team to Score First/Team to Score First in Second Half Bet on the team to score the first goal in a series of matches that have the same official kick-off time. Only bets on the team to score first (ahead of all others involved in the series of matches) according to the Company's statistics or/and the statistics of the Company's official data providers, will be settled as winners. Example: Which team will score the first goal in the Premier League matches that start at 17:00? Let's say there are two games starting at 5:00 p.m. Levski-Aston Villa and Chelsea-Reading. Levski scores at 17:05 and the official match time for this goal is 04'30". Chelsea scores at 17:06 and the official match time for this goal is 03'20" (due to a delayed start). In this case, all bets on "Levski to score the first goal" will be settled as winners.

3.1.25. Matchday Specials/Team to Score Most Goals/Total Round Goals Markets on the Matchday Special event are settled as Total Goals Scored by All Home Teams vs Total Goals Scored by All Teams – guests on the day of the matches or the date announced in the name of the event. For the purposes of settlement of bets, all home teams are considered as one team called the "Home Team" and all away teams are considered as one team called the "Away Team". Matchday may also refer to a specific group of matches played on a specific day and/or time, which will be clearly defined in the market name (eg Europa League Matches on 16/02 with 20:00 kick-off). Goals scored in extra time or in penalty kicks to determine the final winner do not count. All bets on the team scoring the most goals on the specified match day will be settled as winners. In the event that two or more teams score the same number of goals, Dead Heat rules apply. For the purpose of settling bets on the 'Team to score the most goals' market, in case that a match is postponed/abandoned and not played/re-played within the same day as its originally scheduled kick-off time, the bets of teams whose match is postponed/abandoned will be void unless they represent one of the winning selections. If a matchday consists of six or fewer matches and one or more of them are postponed and not played within the same day as their scheduled kick-off time, all bets will be void. If a matchday consists of seven or fewer matches and two or more of them are postponed and not played within the same day they were scheduled to start, all bets will be void. In the event that a match is postponed/abandoned and not played/completed on the same day as its originally scheduled kick-off time, all bets on the Matchday Total Goals market will be void unless settlement of bets is resolved of the goals scored in ALL matches on the specified matchday (including those that have been abandoned).

3.1.26. Match Specials. Unless otherwise stated, player specials are void if the player does not start the match in the starting line-up or, if the bet is placed during the break between the two halves and the selected player does not take part in the match in the second half. Bets are settled based on the result after the end of the regular 90 minutes. Overtime and penalty kicks to determine the final winner of the match are disregarded unless otherwise stated. Where more than one player is listed in a Match Special market and non-participants are included, the bet will be settled as void unless at least one of the selections is a loser, in which case the bet will be settled as a loser. In case that a bet, being one of different possible outcomes in the same match, can be considered winning only if all possible outcomes are fulfilled and confirmed.

3.1.26.1. To score the winning goal for the team. For a "to score the winning goal for the team" bet to be successful, the player's team must win by exactly one goal and the selected player must score the last goal.

3.1.26.2. To win both halves. For a team to be considered to have 'won both halves' of a match, note that the team must score more goals than their opponent in both halves of the match.

3.1.26.3. To win from behind. For a team to be considered to have 'won from behind', it must be behind in the score at any time of the match but eventually win the match (in the regular 90 minutes).

3.1.26.4. To Score/Miss Penalty For Team To Score/Miss Penalty all bets are valid for the regular 90 minutes only. From the moment a penalty is awarded until it is taken, the odds can be changed depending on the probability of a goal being scored. The Company reserves the right to cancel a selection of bets that have been placed after the penalty kick has been awarded if for any reason the penalty kick is not taken or is canceled.

3.1.26.5. Combined Match and/or Player Specials. For all combined markets that include shots on goal, shots on goal, goals, if a goal is scored by the player then all three selections will be affected. For example, for all markets Minimum shots on goal and goals per player, Minimum shots on goal and shots on goal per player, Minimum shots on goal, shots on goal and goals per player, if goal scored, all selections are affected. For betting settlement purposes, a goal will always count as a goal kick and a goal kick. For the same reasons, a kick into the goal line will also count as a kick. For example, in case the combined special bet is offered for a player e.g. A player to take 3 shots on goal, 2 shots on the goal line and score 1 goal, if that player scores a goal for the above combined bet to be settled as a winner, the same player will need to take 1 more shot on the line of the door and 2 shots in the direction of the door.

3.1.27. Player of the Match. Bets will be settled based on the result announced by the organizer (e.g. FIFA World Cup matches). Players who take part in any part of the match will be considered "Participants". Players who do not take part in the match will be disqualified. In the event that the prize is awarded to more than one player, Dead Heat rules will apply. Odds for players not listed are available upon request. A player not listed will be deemed the winner if awarded the Man of the Match award.

3.1.28. Double Chance. The following options exist: 1 or X – if the result is a win for the home team or a draw, bets on this option are winning / X or 2 – if the result is a draw or a win for the away team, bets on this option are winning / 1 or 2 – if the result is a win for the home team or a win for the away team, bets on this option are winning. If a match is played on a neutral ground, the team entered first is considered the home team for betting purposes.

3.1.29. Extra time goals - live bets. Only goals scored in extra time count. In the event that a match is abandoned before extra time has been completed, all bets are void unless the settlement of the bets has already been decided.

3.1.30. Goal Line - Live Bets. For bets placed on Live Bets all goals count, regardless of whether they are scored before or after the bet is placed.

If a dispute arises as to the time any of the goals were scored, the time provided by the PA will be considered as the time on which bets are settled. If a match is discontinued, all bets will be void except those already settled (eg goals scored in the 40th, 45th and 60th minutes, if the match is abandoned in the 65th minute - bets predicting over 140 goals minutes will be paid out as winnings, while bets under and elimination bets will be losing).

Cards for non-playing participants (including players who have been substituted, coaches, managers, bench players who did not take part in the match) will not count towards the settlement of bets.

3.1.67. First / Last Received Yellow Card / Red Card. In the case that two or more players receive a yellow card / red card on the same occasion, the player first booked by the referee will be considered the "winner" for the settlement of the bet. Substitute cards (substitute players) do not count for the specific market in case they did not participate in the match. Players ineligible for this game do not count. Cards given to coaches or members of the team's technical staff do not count.

The next static position market after 46:00 refers to the second half.

3.1.80. Red Card and Penalty Awarded. For betting settlement purposes, only red cards and penalties awarded in normal time count. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be included in the settlement. Cards for non-playing participants (including players who have been substituted, coaches, managers, bench players who did not take part in the match) will not count towards the settlement of bets. In the case that a match is discontinued before regular time has ended, all bets are void unless the settlement of the bets has already been decided.

3.1.81. 1-minute and 5-minute time markets (cards, corners, goal, offside) Bets are settled according to the number of events that occurred in the specified one-minute and five-minute periods. Events only count in the period in which they are completed, not adjudicated. Events that are judged but not completed do not count. The periods 44:00 – 44:59, 40:00 – 44:59, 88:00 – 88:59 and 85:00 – 89:59 do not include any added time. Goals: Own goals included. In the event of termination, all bets for uncompleted periods will be void unless the settlement of bets has already been decided. Corners to be taken again count for 1. Example: If you bet on a corner in a certain minute and in the same minute an offside and a corner that was taken in the time interval are awarded, your bet is a winner regardless of whether the offside or corner is awarded first.

3.1.82. Overtime/Additional Time. The market will be settled based on the official score of the match or the official score of the broadcaster or the time set by the referee. Actual time played does not count for bet settlement purposes. For example, if 1 minute of added time is announced and the final whistle is given at 1'45'', the winning selection will be 1 minute.

3.1.83. Next coach If the teams do not immediately appoint a replacement for the former coach, the new coach will be considered the coach who leads the team from the bench in a minimum of 10 official matches for football clubs and a minimum of 4 official matches for national teams. Bets placed after the announcement of a change by reliable and official communication channels of various information sources, ahead of the relevant official announcement, will be settled as late and therefore void.

3.1.84. Use of VAR

3.1.84.1. In cases where a Video Assistant Referee ("VAR") is consulted, the event being reviewed will, for the purposes of these rules, be deemed to have occurred at the time it occurred (rather than when the review was made or a decision has been made). For example, assuming a bet is placed that a goal will be scored between the 10th and 30th minutes. A goal is scored at 28:36 and the assistant referee signals for offside. If VAR is used and the goal is scored, the time of scoring will be considered at 28:36 and the market will be considered as winning.

3.1.84.2. Where we have settled a bet and due to a subsequent decision of the VAR it is proved that such settlement was inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to cancel such settlement (provided that the decision of the VAR has occurred before the end of the match or other terms related to the bet).

3.1.84.3. Bets placed between the occurrence of an event giving rise to a VAR review and the related decision by the VAR will be considered void unless:

  • the VAR review (and subsequent decision) ultimately did not change the decision made by the field officials, or
  • the VAR review (and subsequent decision) changes the decision made by the on-field officials but does not materially affect the bet(s) in question (for example, if the event being reviewed by VAR is unrelated to the outcome of that bet). All bets not materially affected by the VAR review (and subsequent decision) will stand.

3.1.84.4. For the purposes of settling bets, a VAR assistant will be deemed to have been requested if this is understood by the referee's gestures (eg hand gestures or stoppage of the match to review the situation) and/or the use of VAR is confirmed by the match report issued by the official competition body solely responsible for supervising the match in question. In cases where it is not clear whether VAR has been used due to missing TV coverage and/or conflicting reports, Company will settle bets based on information obtained from feed providers or other reputable online or offline sources.

3.1.84.5. Referee to check video (Yes/No) In the event of communication between the referee and the VAR room, the referee must go and personally review the video for the Yes bet to be settled as winning. If the referee does not review the video in person, the bet will be settled as a loser and bets placed on No will be winners. The marketplace will be available for select dates. For the purpose of settling bets, only the telecast will be taken into account, as neither the official websites nor the providers mention whether the referee has checked the VAR in person. In the case that, for any reason, it is not clear via the telecast whether the referee has personally checked the video, the market will be settled as void.

3.2. Basketball

3.2.1. Play. All matches must start on the specified date (local time at the stadium) for bets to stand. If the venue of the match is changed, bets already placed will stand provided the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team in a recorded match switch places, bets placed based on the original description will be void. For 2-way markets, void rules apply unless otherwise stated below. Bets on single markets are returned and on multiple/parlay bets the selection is considered unenforceable. If a match is postponed or canceled after kick-off, all open stakes will be void in the event that the match is not played within 48 hours of its officially scheduled start. Match bets are settled based on the result at the end of the match (scoreboard, official match report). Any disqualifications and/or field appeals that take place at a later stage do not void bets already settled.

4. Claims and Disputes

4.1 The Company will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal activity. The Company will withhold payment to any customer when any of these occurrences are suspected. The Customer shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to the Company, upon demand, all costs, charges or losses incurred or incurred by the Company .(including all direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit and damage to reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the customer's fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment and declare bets on an event void if there is evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question (ii) the odds of betting has been manipulated (iii) there has been match manipulation. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with the Company in any or all of our betting channels. A decision taken by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (if any) will be final. If any customer owes any money to the Company for any reason, we have the right to take this into account before making payments to that customer.

4.3. Where there is evidence that a series of bets, each containing the same selection(s), has been placed by or for the same person or group of individuals, the Company reserves the right to void bets or withhold payment of refunds pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.

4.4. For events where there is no officially announced "block-out", the announced start time of the event will be considered the "block-out". If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after the start of an event or match (other than live betting clearly stated on our website) bets will stand provided the final result is not known and no player/team has not acquired a material advantage (eg scoring, sending off a player from the opposing team, etc.) at the time the bet is placed. If the outcome of an event/match is known, the Company reserves the right to void the bet, regardless of whether it is a winner or a loser. Disputes regarding the time bets were placed will be settled using the transaction log. All times indicated on the website and/or indicated by employees of the Company refer to Bulgarian local time, unless otherwise indicated.
